Jazz Class have been lucky enough to attend swimming lessons this term. We are very pleased to announce that now every child in Year 4 can swim unaided! We are so proud of all of the children, and hope they are able to find opportunities to further their swimming skills in the future.

All of the children really enjoyed the session and left feeling positive and energised!

The children made their own tomato sauce for the pizza base and added healthy toppings to their wholemeal pizzas.
Well done guys!
Thrive in the forest fun!
This term we have been lucky enough to enjoy a number of Thrive in the Forest sessions, led by Mrs Christian! We completed a range of activities and are hoping to continue our sessions into the spring term.
National Poetry Day!
To celebrate National Poetry Day on the 7th October we took part in lots of different activities. We had the inspiring author Paul Delaney visit and hold some poetry writing workshops. We also wrote our own poems, practised our rhyming skills and Miss Walsh came to read some of her favourite poems to Jazz Class!
This term we have been continuing to learn to speak Spanish!
The children enjoyed practicing their new skills by having conversations with each other.
Well done guys!
We have had a fantastic first week back in school
This year, we have Ms Glenville, Mrs Christian and Miss Ray working in year 4.
School opens at 8.45am and home time collection will be at 3pm. Jazz class will enter and exit school via Moss Munch doors.
Our PE days are Monday & Wednesday with the recent changes to the kits, children are now to come to school wearing their kit on PE days. There is no need for children to bring their uniform with them.
Jazz class will be swimming every Wednesday until Christmas. Therefore children need to come to school wearing their PE kit and bring their swimming kit with them ready for their lesson.
Remember, if you need anything, do not hesitate to contact a member of the Year 4 team via Class Dojo.
