Past Productions Roman's Workshop.

This week Willow Class were visited by a Roman Soldier (aka Luke from Past Productions!). The children had an amazing day and learnt so much about the Romans!

The children took part in lots of different activities including: 

• Handling Roman artefacts
• Creating a drama scene about Roman Times
• Dressing up
• A big Roman quiz!
• And much more

We had an absolutely fantastic day!

Super Swimming!

Willow Class have been lucky enough to attend swimming lessons this term. We are very pleased to announce that now every child in Year 4 can swim unaided! We are so proud of all of the children, and hope they are able to find opportunities to further their swimming skills in the future.

This year, we have Mrs Houghton , Miss Hegerty, Mrs Benham, Miss Ray, Miss Thorndell and Mrs MacGregor working in year 4. 

School opens at 8.45am and home time collection will be at 3pm. Willow class will enter and exit school via Moss Munch doors.

Our PE day is Wednesday with the recent changes to the kits, children are now to come to school wearing their kit on PE days. There is no need for children to bring their uniform with them.

Willow class will be swimming every Wednesday until Christmas. Therefore children need to come to school wearing their PE kit and bring their swimming kit with them ready for their lesson. 

Homework will be set via Class Dojo, if you need help logging on please speak to a member of the Willow Class team at drop off or pick up !
